Inspired by the combination of the region’s desert and mountain landscapes and the Pacific Ocean, we are expanding our operations to create tiny home developments – ‘Casapien’ (houses for humans) – in Baja California, Mexico.

Our first project in the small beach town of La Misión is underway! Located about 50 miles south of the U.S.-Mexico border – and along the way from San Diego to Valle de Guadalupe (the region’s wine country) – this 6-unit, off-grid development will include tiny homes on wheels and permanent and mixed-use structures.
