In partnership with Señor Lopez and his design/build firm Artkon, our first project in the small beach town of La Misión is underway! Located about 50 miles south of the U.S.-Mexico border – and along the way from San Diego to Valle de Guadalupe (the region’s wine country) – this 6-unit, off-grid development will include tiny homes on wheels and a permanent and a mixed-use structure.
