These are trailer-built (vs. foundation-built) models that combine the amenities and flexibility of custom construction with the efficiency and quality of standard construction.
Our Process
1. Confirm Residential zoning for your property using publicly-available data.
2. Verify: a) proximity (1/2 mi. or less) to a bus stop or trolley station and b) alley access using Google Maps and other publicly-available transit-related tools.
3. Meet onsite with you to discuss your goals for the project and review options.
4. Provide you with a no-obligation proposal that includes scope and cost information
5. Work with you and our partners to: secure the necessary permits, order your ‘tiny home,’ prepare the site and complete the set-up.
